Parent & Child Program:
Ratio: 6 students per instructor
Designed for a child and parent, this class will
focus on developing the motor skills of toddlers, as
well as teaching parents the spotting skills needed
to assist their child. The class is 45 minutes long,
for children ages 18 months to 3 years.
Pre-school Program:
Ratio: 6 students per instructor
These 45 minute classes focus on building motor
skills through the use of movement exercises,
games, and gymnastics equipment. Our preschoolers
are able to use the same equipment the
older children do, only slightly modified to suit their
age and size.
Girl’s Program:
Ratio: 8 students per instructor
This program includes the 5-7 yr. old, 7-10 yr. old,
and 10-13 yr. old girls classes. These age group
classes are for gymnasts of all levels, and focus
on having fun, while learning gymnastics on our
state-of-the-art equipment. Each class is one hour
and ten minutes long.
Boy’s Program:
Ratio: 8 students per instructor
This program includes the 5-8 yr. old and 8 yrs.& older boys classes. It is run similar to the girl’s
program and is also one hour and ten minutes long.
Cheer/Tumble Program:
Ratio: 8 students per instructor
This class is for girls ages 7 and older. The class
focuses on the gymnastics tumbling skills needed
in cheerleading as well as strength and flexibility
skills. Each class is one hour long.
AP Girls & AP Boys Classes:
Ratio: 8 students per instructor
These are advanced placement classes for girls
and boys ages 7 years and older. Students need
the permission of an instructor in order to join
the class.
Adult Class:
Ratio: 9 students per instructor
This hour and ten minute class is for adults ages 18
and older. The class is designed to accommodate
adults who have no previous experience and
adults who use the class as a continuation of years
of gymnastics classes.
